2.6 After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Art. 3 Prices

3.1 Prices on the Website do not include VAT.

3.2 The Seller may modify prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one indicated at the time of order submission.

3.3 The purchase contract is nullified if payment is not made.

4.2 Charges will occur only after verifying your payment details and authorization from the issuing institution.

Art. 5 Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Consumers may withdraw from the contract without providing reasons within 14 calendar days.

5.2 Withdrawal is excluded for services fully performed with your prior consent.

5.3 If partial performance has occurred, withdrawal applies only to services not yet executed.

Art. 6 Legal Warranty of Conformity

6.1 The legal warranty applies only to Consumers.

6.2 The Seller is liable for defects in conformity for up to two years. Claims must be made within 26 months of service provision.

Art. 7 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)

7.1 Consumers can use ADR bodies for out-of-court dispute resolution.
